want to tell you about a great cleanse program
that I've come across. I've personally done this
cleanse and have found it to be wonderful! What
is a cleanse? Well, it's a method of eating for
a period of 21 Days that allows your body to take
a break from the normal digestive routine. You
may think that this cleanse is very strict, but
what it does is allow your body a chance to sort
of "clean house". It gives you more
energy, assists with weight loss and will improve
the functioning of your body.
